By Editor  On August 23, 2018September 20, 2018 In Uncategorized

As time passes technology never cease to amaze us, and even though changes are happening almost daily colocation is still relevant and beneficial to IT infrastructure around the world. Recently, cloud computing has become well known as a financially efficient solution, that solves IT infrastructure needs and requirements, specifically when analyzing operational aspects but is not a viable solution for everyone.

Colocation is still relevant for businesses that continue to grow and evolve with technological advances. It’s true, cloud computing is the new step in the evolution of hosting services however colocation still plays a part in implementing the cloud. Not everyone is capable of migrating entirely to cloud computing, especially those organization that have compliance standards that require a private infrastructure rather than a shared one. Although the cloud offers a great amount of storage it has a high cost, while colocation offers flexible environments where you can build a solution to fits your needs and budget.
